We posted a picture of Brixie Lee in her car seat (in the car) and one of the Certified Child Safety Seat Techs gave us lots of tips and told us about things we were doing wrong: using a seat protector, chest buckle too low, not tight enough, angle of the car seat not right, etc. She was very, very helpful and didn't make us feel dumb for not knowing. Pass the word to all!
