For goodness sake, maybe I am a feminist, because this type of stuff really pisses me off. A man should be able to choose his wife's last name just as easily as the wife would be able to change hers. This is absolutely wrong!
I agree wholeheartedly. I love my maiden name and would have loved to have it forever. Unfortunately Jim would have not even considered it. He would feel it very insulting if I hadn't been anxious to take his name. Oh well, everyone is different.
